Today is a brand new day and life is good. I have always been plagued with exzemya especially when I have been stress out. Well as I had mentioned in my post a few days ago, life has been pretty stressed for me. I started getting the rash on the back of my neck and down my arms. Its been around for a good 3 months. I am doing the drops for the weight loss but I added the OMNI IV to my daily intake. This is day 3 and I feel so energized and noticed today that the rash is almost gone on the back of my neck. Wow I am very impressed to say the least. www.omnitrition.com/cindyk
Now for the weight loss, today I only lost .6oz which is almost a 1/2 pound so making my total in 5 days 4.8 lbs. I am very okay with that. Jessica on the other hand lost 3.2 pounds making her total over 10 lbs in 5 days. Yeah Jess so excited for her. It just is proving to me more and more everyday that this was the best decision that we could have ever made. It could be for you too. Just go and order yours today. Feel great. www.omnitrition.com/cindyk the above items are what you need to get going. But you can start with one or all and you will get so much benefit out of any of them.

Dropping Dropping Dropping yeah Omni!!!!
So excited this evening to be able to share with you our progress. This is Day 5 of our Omni Journey to the drop zone. www.omnitrition.com/cindyk We are doing great. Today I weighed in at 188.6 I have not been past 192 in about 2 years. So in 4 days I have dropped 4.1 pounds. that may not seem like alot to some but it is alot to me.
Jessica is even doing better, she has now lost 7.4 lbs in 4 days. Yeah Jess so happy for her. What is wonderful is that she is so excited as well. Jessica has struggled for years with her weight. It has been very sad at times for her. She is a very personal person so she is going to share in her own words eventually but I believe that she is waiting until she has such wonderful results, that she will be busting at the seams to share with everyone.
This program is the first thing that I have seen that the proof is in the pudding as they say. Really never did understand that saying but anyway, the results are not fabricated in some advertisement that does not have real people. Or they show photos of before and after but the after is no way in the world that is the same person. www.omnitrition.com/cindyk is the real deal and we are so very happy that we found them. I want my goal to be accomplished as well as Jessicas so that I can be a living testimonial and that I can help others achieve their goals as well.
We still have 40 days to go on this journey and I am ready for anything.

Omni Journey Day 4 to the Drop Zone
Well today has been a great day. Jess and I are on day 4 of our omni drops. www.omnitrition.com/cindyk
Jess weighed in this morning and has dropped 4.0 pounds. she was so excited. I lost 1.6. Very good start and I expect tomorrow to be even better. Tonight I had a wonderful spinach salad with oranges and celery, and grilled chicken it was fantastic. Never knew that food could be good with out all the seasonings and oils and such that I am use too using to cook with.
Jess states that it is very different for her as well. She works such bad hours that it was always difficult for her to really eat healthy. So this is a whole new learning experience for both of us. I have been so used to cooking huge portions as well because I raised a family of 5, then it just went to Husband and I. I still tend to cook way to much. And well if its there then guess what you eat it. My husband is going to be eating a lot healthier as well so this is all going to be a very positive up hill climb to a new life style.
Well time to say goodnight, will be back tomorrow with more great news. Yeah I am so happy I found Omni, what a positive life changing experience and its not over yet.

Omni Daily Journal Day 3
Good day everyone out there in blog land. Today is the start of the real journey. Yesterday and the day before we got on the train but we were required to eat eat eat for two days to store up lots of nutrition and fat calories so that the Omni Drops will do there job. Last nite was tough because I was so full I felt as if I was going to explode, and honestly I figured that when I got on the scale I would have gained 10 lbs, but I only gained .4oz so that is good for me. Now the scrict diet for the next 30 days and we will see what goes from there.
Jess called me this morning and she was a bit upset because during her load she gained 5lbs that was very devasting to her until I explained that it is not unusual to do that. Some do some dont but now tomorrow when she weighs in she will most likely loose more then me. I honestly can not wait for results for tomorrow. Omni is going to be such a life changing experience. I can not believe how many people on my friends list have done it or are doing it now and did or are doing fabulous results. I just do not know why they did not share before this. I intend to share share share. www.omnitrition.com/cindyk go there folks get started on a healthier you. I do not know where you are you have to come to me. And it is not just for weight loss check it out.
Look at our Children today. I do not know how many are diagnoised with ADHD and they lack concentration in school or even adults on the job. Depression is another one that is running rampant and the sad thing about it, is that the doctors want to drug us up. All those toxins in our body are not good for us. I am not a doctor, but I feel that I would rather be treated with vitimins and nature then with man made medication that only poisons our system. Why not try it and see. 100% guareented. www.omnitrition.com/cindyk WE ARE WORTH IT. Treat your self good.

Well the train is just about to arrive, 1 more day and Jess and I are jumping on for our ride to the DROP ZONE.
This is very exciting for me. All my life I have battled the bulge. After 3 kids and 30 some years later, it just does not want to come off. It has been so frustrating for me.
The last 4 years have been the roughest. In 2008 I was injured on the job. I tore my rotator cup and hurt my back, and therefore out of work and physically unable to pretty much do nothing but sit around and get bigger.
I have a very close and dear friend that lived in OH. she too was going through so much more then me emotionally and she needed me as much as I needed her to help each other out. I packed up my little car, and my sweet little Chahuahua TARA and we traveled 3000 miles to heal.
I did start feeling better and growing stronger. My sweet friend is a walker so she got me motivated to get moving, We were up to walking 4 to 5 miles a day. I eventually got a part time job in a call center and life was getting back on the right track. My husband and I were talking but things were still very tense there. We just were not to the point of reconciling yet.
I was in OH for 6 months and then recieved a call from home from my children, that their Dad, my Ex Husband and also a very dear friend was in very bad shape. Kirk has had a bad heart for years and the doctors were only giving him months to live. They wanted to do an operation that would give him a mechanicle heart that would keep him alive for possibley another 5 to 8 years. It was a huge decision for him but in the end it was the best. So I wanted to go home to be there for our children and my blessed friend. By then I had lost about 20 lbs and was feeling great. The job I had was able to transfer me to a Seattle team and I was promoted to receptionist and full time. Life was looking up.
After several months things were clipping along pretty good. Kirk was healing, I was staying with my boys and Kirk, and my husband and I were still trying to work things out but not yet ready to commit. I ended up moving to Everett to be closer to my job, had my own little apartment and eventually my daughter Jessica came to live with me for awhile. Mark, my husband and I also decided to give it one more try.
By this time I had noticed that the stress level of life was down but the weight was starting to creep back up on me. I also was starting to have alot of back pain, headaches, musle tension and leg cramps. I went into see my Doctor and she said that it was my fibermyalgiea along with bursitis and artheritis, what next I thought.
Well what was next is in September of 2011 I was injured again on this job, only this time I did far worse then the last time. I hurt my shoulders, neck and lower back. The pain was horrible, and it just made all my other sympthoms worse. I was a complete mess. again my stress level was reaching dangerous heights.
My Husband and I were doing okay but he could not find work. We were way behind in our bills, L & I did not pay me anywhere close to what I was making and things were spiriling out of control. Again my weight was soaring as well. We ended up being evicted from our apartment, my beautiful car repossesed and life was completely in the toilet. Thank God above for my faith because I just kept praying for something to please break soon. My daughter had moved on by then to Mt Vernon where she got another job and was doing well. Unfortunately for Mark and it was struggle after struggle. He ended up getting a painting job in Yakima for a couple of months and I moved back in with my boys because I needed to be close to my Doctor appts. and he only had the back of our truck to sleep in. Although bless my niece and nephew in Ellensburg they fed him and gave him a warm place to stay when needed.
As summer rolled around we bought a tent and lived on the Yakima River for a few month while Mark painted houses. We were able to save and get enough together to buy a Motor Home, nothing brand new of course but nice enough to live in for awhile. We figured it to only be temporary, and Mark was working on putting together a new business so that he would have work come the winter months again.
Winter 2011 was not as good as we had hoped. We did start a new business but we were having technicle difficulties getting it off the ground. We were at least warm and happy in our Motor Home.
Summer of 2012 came and things started looking up. Mark was very busy with painting season. I was healing pretty good and the doctor finally released me back to part time work. Yeah all was starting to go well, we were putting money away. Got all our bills caught up. now we were looking foward to actually go on the road and move somewhere that would be warm in the winter time. So excited, Mark was happy because his equipment was working and he was looking forward to getting our little business off the ground so that we could travel with it.
Life continued on at that pace for a while, savings was growing we were looking forward to moving with our motor home to somewhere really warm for the winter. I was released to go back to work full time in October. By this time the decision was coming down to the wire on what we were going to do.
Blasted right out of the water again. Our motor home blew its engine, 6 weeks after I was returned to full time work I got laid off. And guess what it is winter again. Everything was falling down around us again. No work for Mark, everything that we own is in the pawn shops, so can not even do the business that he started to get us on our way. But I refused to be in a dark place again this winter.
So Jess and I have been following a cousin by marriage, progress in her weight loss, she was dropping like nothing I had ever seen and she was also doing it as a business to supplement her income. And well why not it was working wonders for her.
After the slim to nothing holidays Jess and I decided that we wanted to jump on that same train. I refuse to be fat and depressed and unhealthy any longer. And my daughter wants to live a long life with no heart issues, which is very possible due to her fathers history. So here we are and here is to the new us for the year 2013. It can only get better. I hit ,my bottom long ago.
Well that is my story, stay tuned for Jessicas soon.

Hi my Name is Cindy and I along with my Daughter Jessica have decided that the year 2013 was going to be different for us. While most people make New Years resoultions that for the most part are usually broken before the Month of January ends, we decided to embark on a Journey instead.
My daughter and I decided that it was time to lose some weight and get healthier then what we are. For me that is so important because I certainly am not getting any younger. I have three children two boys and Jessica, none of which have graced me with a better half on their part, nor have I been graced with any grandchildren. So for that reason at my age 52, I want to be healthy and happy so that if they decide to wait until I am 70, (they better not)lol then I want to be a spry old Grandma.
I have battled weight issues pretty much all my life. I have always been on the heavy side even in my Highschool years. I usually would range from 167 to 180 during my younger years, and of course when I started giving birth to my children in the 80's it was just that much easier for the weight to stick around. The older I have gotten the more pounds I have put on so now at age 52 I weigh in at a whooping 193. If you were to look at me I do hold my weight well but I know that it is way to much for my frame. I have always been a size 14 to 16 in clothing, or Lrg /XL.
Like everyone, I have tried diets, excercise programs, number of weight loss programs and have always lost something only to put it back on. And finally I would just say to myself that "I don't care its not a big deal, my husband loves me the way I am so be it."
Now because I have so many health issues, I have changed my attitude. I suffer from chronic pain, fibermyalgia, depression and yes being over weight. So I have been following my cousin by marriage +Lisa Kendell who has been loosing weight and inches by leaps and bounds in a matter of days. She looks fabulous and I asked her what was she doing. She explained to me that she has been doing Omnitrition and doing drops that have changed her life amazingly. Lisa has lost 77 pounds in 49 days.
I have also met Lisa's sister inlaw +Jessye Kendell and she use to weigh 240 pounds and in 85 days lost to 120 pounds. That is what inspired me to get my daughter and I on this train. So here we go, now my Daughter is much heavier then I am but I want her to tell her story as to why she wants to do this with her mom. I am sure that you will be inspired as well. I will let her tell you what she weighs and what her goals are. We will be posting before, during and after photos. Her name is +Jessica McElroy and I love her so much for being brave to do this with her Mom and to share such personal information.
So in closing today I would just like to say that we really would like all the encouragement and inspirational messages that you would like to share with us to keep us on track. Our Goal for this first ride on this Phase of Omni is 50 pounds. We will be doing a day to day report as soon as we step on that train which will be in three days. Jessica will be entering her story as soon as she can. We will keep you posted. If you would like to ride the train with us you are welcome to get your ticket to a better healthier you on my website as well. www.omnitrition.com/Cindyk Well hope everyone has a wonderful day and God Bless.Omni for me and you
