Hope this finds everyone happy and healthy. Life has been pretty good of late. Jessica has now lost 73 pounds on this journey and I have lost a total of 32.6. We both still will continue on. I just started the second round of phase 3 and when finished with that will do the drops one more round to lose 25 more pounds. I will then have reached my goal weight. The journey is just about complete for me.
Jessica will be going on to lose another 80 pounds, so she will be most likely doing two more rounds of the drops. She wants to be her goal weight by the time her birthday roles around September 15. I have no doubt in my mind that she will attain that goal, I am so very proud of her. We will be posting pictures again soon. After this last round.
